The pictures show the team bonding dinner for the QC insurance/risk management team with two team allies. A team member and a co-faculty advisor are not present in the pictures due to a conflict in schedule. We will be ready to go in Spring 2022 – winning it all!

I am meeting backstage with the legendary jazz musician/recording artist Andreas Winter and his band after a performance in Manhattan.
Herr Winter (a close friend) is Austrian-born but lives in both Berlin and Manhattan.

Today, I attended Carol Douglas’ funeral.
In her quiet way, she was the reincarnation of Nanny the Maroon both on a personal level and on a professional level.
I learned so much about this heroine from her family, friends, and colleagues.
A week before she passed away, we spoke for an hour, not knowing it was our last conversation.
Rest In Peace, Warrior Queen – your spirit lives on among us as Afrika continues to Struggle.
