Dr. Metzger was one of the awardees at the 18th Annual Leadership Awards Gala hosted by The James Jay Dudley LUCE Foundation. Currently, Dr. Metzger is the president of Gladvic Productions, LLC, and the tireless president & executive director of The American Caribbean Maritime Foundation.
